You were there when we needed you
You were a teacher and a friend
You encouraged
You laughed
You teased
You knew each one by name
Your students were just like colleagues
A ‘Hi’ you said with a big smile
I forever will remember
You made your lectures memorable
Your many tributes
Are just a proof
Of how much you loved
To give back to others
May we learn
To be all so humble
Jesus keep you in his bosom
Adieu.
